Key Responsibilities :

• Process Mapping and Analysis : Create visual representations of workflows to understand activities, decision points, and roles.
• Data Collection and Analysis : Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, outcomes, and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Process Design and Improvement : Develop and model new or improved processes, create detailed maps, and establish performance metrics.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure processes align with organizational goals.
• Documentation and Reporting : Document current and proposed processes, and report progress and issues to management.
• Analytical Skills : Dissect complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions.
• Technical Proficiency : Understand process modeling software, data analysis tools, and automation technologies.
• Communication Skills : Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document findings.
• Project Management Skills : Manage tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Language : Good command of English.
• Experience : Project management and data analysis experience.
