We're looking for a UI / UX designer who cares deeply about distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our web and app designs.

Shape, maintain, and account for web and app design the best way you see fit.

Translate product metrics, user research, and data insights into meaningful design concepts, experiments, and solutions.

Collaborate with a dynamic team, giving and receiving feedback for continuous professional growth and elevating the quality of our service.

We expect you to : Have experience in graphic design, specifically for web and mobile platforms and apps.

Proficiency in design tools : Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and illustrator. Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus.

Strong understanding of effective typography, composition, color science, and current design trends.

Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions effectively.

Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.

Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.
