Job Title : Support Associate for Founder
This role offers a unique blend of personal and professional support, blending assistance with operational tasks.
- Routine Management (50%) :
Coordinating local errands (appointments, paperwork etc.)
Managing the founder's calendar, appointments and remindersBooking travel and handling related logisticsOptimizing daily routines and household tasksOperational Support (50%) :Conducting research and summarizing insights
Assisting with marketing activities (newsletters, content publishing)Handling admin tasks (inbox management, file organization, CRM updates)Implementing and improving systems using AI tools and project management platformsRequirements :
1+ year experience in VA, administrative or executive assistant rolesProficiency in both EnglishAvailability for in-person work in Barcelona 1-2 days per monthExcellent organizational and research skillsTech-savvy and familiar with Google Workspace, Trello / Asana, CRMs and AI platformsMeticulous attention to detailEagerness to grow in operations / admin spaceBenefits :
