We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative to join our clients office in Barcelona!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
- Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
- Respond to inbound emails in timely and accurate manner
- Place outbound calls when required
- Quote creation and follow up
- Use upselling / cross-selling technics to maximise revenue
- Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
- Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
- Answer and deal with customer post sales requests
- Cover order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite.
REQUIREMENTS :
C2 / fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Minimum of 1 year relevant experienceComfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)Knowledge of sales techniques (up- / cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understandingStrong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applicationsOutstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuadeResourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situationsExceptional customer facing and customer care skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely mannerAbility to work independently, while being team player at the same time.BENEFITS :
