Customer Project Engineer

Misión : El puesto requiere un enfoque proactivo orientado al cliente, demostrando liderazgo y responsabilidad en la ejecución y finalización de los proyectos con el cliente. El rol implica la gestión, la ingeniería, la planificación y la coordinación de recursos de múltiples áreas dentro de un equipo de proyecto. Responsabilidades clave : 1). Ejecutar múltiples proyectos responsabilizándose de su entrega a cliente habiendo cumplido los objetivos de calidad, coste y plazo marcados. 2). Coordinar, apoyar, y orientar al equipo de proyecto favoreciendo la comunicación y la colaboración entre las diferentes funciones. 3). Garantizar que se cumplan o superen las metas, los objetivos y las medidas de rendimiento definidos para los proyectos. 4). Identificar las potenciales barreras del proyecto y poner en marcha planes proactivos para resolverlos de forma eficaz y oportuna. 5). Responsabilizarse del diseño de ingeniería de los proyectos acorde a las necesidades del cliente. 6). Control financiero del proyecto, incluyendo las compras, la aprobación de las facturas y la gestión de las modificaciones. 7). Estrecha relación con el equipo comercial. 8). Capacidad de interlocución con los clientes, tanto internos como externos. 9). Adoptar un enfoque proactivo para obtener toda la información necesaria para el progreso de los trabajos. Perfil requerido : 1- Formación de Ingeniero Técnico o Superior , preferible Eléctrico. Conocimientos de Media Tensión. 2- Experiencia 5 años en gestión de proyectos de cliente y coordinación de equipos 3- Soft skills : capacidad de comunicación, gestión de conflictos, animación de equipos, etc. 4- Inglés : nivel alto.
