The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within their designated geographic area. To meet PEI's operational and sales goals, the manager must develop and coordinate strategies to improve industrial growth, sales performance, and customer relations. This includes creating plans for existing customers, identifying new prospects, enhancing the productivity of sales colleagues, and promoting PEI’s industrial products with excellent customer service. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with key franchised manufacturers to increase sales and visibility in Spain.
- Travel will be required approximately three (3) days per week
Education & Experience
Preferably five years of professional selling and management experience, ideally in the electro-mechanical components industry, especially high-value electronic connectors.Preferably five years of customer relationship management experience.Proven success in profitably growing sales.Technical and Managerial Competencies
