With a current headcount of 76 people across our offices in Spain, and with a vision to attract, develop, and retain the most talented people in the industry, we are looking for a new Project Manager, Sr. position to join our team. The position would suit a Tourism professional who is excited to participate in a wide range of responsibilities in the sector and be part of our exciting growth.
Educational background and experience :
- Graduated in Business, Marketing, or Tourism
- Experience in a similar position within the events industry (including corporate travel, managing small events, and VIP services)
- Knowledge of Amadeus / Sabre systems, especially ticketing and reimbursements
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with GDS systems

Participate in the preparation and follow-up of team responsibilities and tasksSupport event production, including technical and operational planning, maintenance, and daily operations, ensuring compliance with vendor policiesPrepare detailed cost breakdowns and budgets, manage financial claims, and ensure timely and accurate monthly closuresPrepare and deliver documentation to clients, respond to inquiries, meet deadlines, and manage claimsStandardize procedures, promote new technologies, and oversee process improvementsParticipate in cost reduction initiatives and staff trainingPromote team motivation and positive work environment; foster interdepartmental relationshipsIdentify needs for new technical resources and contribute to maintenance plansWe offer :
