POSITION : PROJECT MANAGER SR.

REPORTING TO : DIRECTOR

OFFICE LOCATION : BARCELONA OR MADRID

With a current headcount of 76 people across our offices in Spain, and with a vision to attract, develop, and retain the most talented people in the industry, we are looking for a new Project Manager, Sr. position to join our team. The position would suit a Tourism professional who is excited to participate in a wide range of responsibilities in the sector and be part of our exciting growth.

Educational background and experience :

  • Graduated in Business, Marketing, or Tourism
  • Experience in a similar position within the events industry (including corporate travel, managing small events, and VIP services)
  • Knowledge of Amadeus / Sabre systems, especially ticketing and reimbursements
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with GDS systems

  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan; oral and written proficiency required
  • Key responsibilities :

  • Participate in the preparation and follow-up of team responsibilities and tasks
  • Support event production, including technical and operational planning, maintenance, and daily operations, ensuring compliance with vendor policies
  • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and budgets, manage financial claims, and ensure timely and accurate monthly closures
  • Prepare and deliver documentation to clients, respond to inquiries, meet deadlines, and manage claims
  • Standardize procedures, promote new technologies, and oversee process improvements
  • Participate in cost reduction initiatives and staff training
  • Promote team motivation and positive work environment; foster interdepartmental relationships
  • Identify needs for new technical resources and contribute to maintenance plans
