Mission :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality IT Traceability Process Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business analysis and IT project management, particularly in traceability and quality systems. You will play a key role in analysing business needs, managing cross-functional projects, and enhancing traceability processes to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse functional requirements from stakeholders including business owners, engineering teams, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and coordinate IT projects focused on the development, improvement, and maintenance of traceability applications.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance customer experience by delivering reliable and efficient traceability solutions.
• Support change management and training initiatives related to traceability systems.
