We are the GenMed Supply Chain Team, committed to supporting the execution of the GenMed business strategy. Our goal is to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective supply to our patients by taking full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain strategy and process.

Main responsibilities :

Responsible for End-to-End inter-sites planning in Kinaxis

Monitor Demand / Supply between sites to ensure supply continuity to patients (Multisource Finished Goods, Bulk transfers between sites etc.)

Optimize overall Diabetes Portfolio inventories and flows

Support Monthly IBP, Budget, and Strat plan exercise

Ensure E2E alignment (FG, DP, DS & KI, Key Intermediate) production / sourcing plans over the IBP horizon)

Support site to balance supply and demand in GSR scenario

Present pending issue (Based on Network Planning Run) & align on capacity expansion possibility / anticipate critical materials

Review DS & DP availability and prioritization, can be fused with the E2E Orchestration meeting (M1-6)

Guarantee the plans alignment to Major Regulatory requirements across the full value chain

About you

Experience : Strong background in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of building plannings and aligning stakeholders, driving decision-making

Soft skills : Interpersonal skills : ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners within and across sites to build scenarios and optimize business outcomes. Change agent : ensure best practice implementation and system adoption / evolution. Proactivity is a must, given the anticipation component of the position

Technical skills : Proficient with advanced planning system (Kinaxis). High analytical capabilities and creativity to analyze data, collect insights and build mitigations. Synthetic mind to build recommendations and drive decision making

Education : Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. APICS certification is an asset

Languages : Fluent in English, additional languages are considered an asset
