The selected candidate will be part of the Engineering team supported by the relevant Team Leader, based on proven skills.
The main mission of the System Engineer is to develop and design electronic units for flight equipment to meet project schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
On a daily basis, the System Engineer will report to the Project Manager. The System Engineer acts as the Responsible for the Design within each project, playing a key role in the Project Team. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager, Product Assurance Manager, Industrial Manager, Validation Manager, and EEE / PCB Manager. Tasks include the complete development of electronic equipment—from requirements analysis during the Negotiation Phase to potential support during flight after final delivery of the flight model. The Candidate will lead a team of engineers responsible for the final design of the unit, covering areas such as Power, Analog, Digital, FPGA, EEE, Radiation, Mechanical, Thermal, Materials, and Processes, aligned with project and team objectives.
