Job Description
Job Purpose :
The Commercial Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the DOSM by coordinating sales, digital marketing, loyalty, PR, and communication efforts. This position create synergy between departments and drive seamless efficiencies across multiple domains, ensures the smooth execution of commercial strategies across multiple channels and departments, contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports for the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Coordinate RFPs, client proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the commercial team in special projects, such as preparing presentations, coordinating events, conducting research, preparing of month end reporting in collaboration with respective teams.
Marketing support & Coordination :
Assist the Marketing, Digital & Loyalty Manager in collecting events calendar from each property to draw the monthly roadmapAssist GMs, F&B Team and Marketing team to create F&B concept to entertain the hotelsAssist the PR, Events & Partnership Manager in coordinating PR campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations, maintain CRM for media & influencer and ensure data accuracy.Support internal and external communication strategies.Administrative & Cross-Departmental Coordination :
Act as the liaison between sales, marketing, PR, and loyalty teams.Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.Organize meetings, track key deliverables, and ensure follow-ups.Manage commercial budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships.Maintain Contacts Distribution Database to support Pro Active Sales TeamConsolidate all backup documentation for easy access and retrieval, maintaining accurate records and filing systemsOrganize and coordinate meetings including preparing of Agenda, Minutes taking and ensuring projects, actions and outcomes are being communicated and followed up.Assist in coordinating onboarding schedule and appointments when necessary.Travel Coordination i.e. air tickets, accommodations, visa etc. and preparation of travel expense reports for the Commercial Director of Performance and the Commercial Team when requiredQualifications
