Tech Lead (Spanish Speaking)

Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in similar roles, including automation of deployment pipelines. Proficiency in C# (Object-oriented concepts : classes, structs, interfaces... Inheritance and polymorphism, Asynchronous processes) Experience with LinQ, Unit Testing with Moq, Automapper. Knowledge of .NET Core, ADO.NET, SP.NET Web Api, RESTful services. Familiarity with Hexagonal architecture, MediatR, Azure Data Factory. Experience with Microservices on Azure with Kubernetes. Skills in Angular, HTML5, SCSS. Flexible working format - remote, office-based, or flexible. A competitive salary and good compensation package. Job Summary :
The Tech Lead Software Developer will participate in the analysis and development of our software products in accordance with the system architecture and the requirements. Participate in agile, self-organized, and self-managed teams to deliver a software increment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in each of the SCRUM events of the team (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, etc.)
- Analyze and propose technological and functional solutions for User Stories together with the product team. Work on a microservices platform on Azure with Kubernetes.
- Develop back-end applications with .Net Core. Conduct test automation to ensure product quality.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices. Support the team in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Guide the technical growth of team members.
- Develop front-end applications with Angular, RxJS, NgRx.
- Participate in code / design reviews and continuous improvement.
