We are expanding our teams and are looking for a Product Manager to oversee both management and development of products within this area.

In our team, you will play a key role , focusing on the full product lifecycle , from initial idea to launch and ongoing optimization.

This role involves not only product management but also a strong emphasis on strategy and marketing , ensuring our products are well-positioned in the market and meet customer needs.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee all stages of product development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Product Strategy : Define and execute the product vision and strategy based on market analysis, trends, and customer feedback.
• Product Marketing : Collaborate with the business development team to create and implement effective product launch and positioning campaigns.
• Offer Collaboration : Work with the business development team to generate customer offers.
• Market Research : Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and refine product strategies accordingly.
• Interdepartmental Coordination : Facilitate collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• KPI Management : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess success and make necessary adjustments.
• Customer Relationship : Maintain close contact with customers to ensure their needs are reflected in the products.
• Continuous Innovation : Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging ongoing improvement and new ideas.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are seeking experts with a degree in Engineering and additional training in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or related fields. Relevant professional experience includes Product Management in Technology or Software sectors . Proficiency in product marketing strategies, market research, and lifecycle management . Experience with product management tools and data analysis . Strong communication and strategic thinking skills , capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

An MBA and project management certifications like PMP are a plus, as are product management certifications such as CSPO.
