About This Role

Join our crew management implementation team to analyze complex business problems related to aviation flight crew operations. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Installing software, conducting data migration, and setting up integrations.
  • Creating business plans and supporting documents, including business cases, to align with company goals.
  • Managing high-value projects with significant customer impact, operating independently with minimal oversight.
  • Solving complex business problems across multiple systems and domains.
  • Providing strategic direction and planning for current and future business environments, including technology and process changes.
  • Offering functional and technical assistance in system evaluation and development.
  • Serving as a liaison between developers, architects, designers, and customers.
  • Supporting development teams with functionality questions, testing, training, and deployment planning.
  • Guiding less experienced analysts.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of related experience, with extensive experience preferred.
  • Expertise in crew planning, scheduling, tracking, and rules is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++.
  • Experience in automation, enterprise application installation / configuration on AWS, and database management (Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in SQL / PL SQL and integration technologies like SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel macros and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in crew management or airline operations is advantageous.
  • Understanding of client-server architectures and legacy system integration.
  • Domain knowledge in airline crew scheduling or flight operations is desirable.
