We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona !

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strengthen key partnerships through strategic, long-term customer engagement.
  • Develop customer plans in collaboration with sales and other departments.
  • Drive new projects via our omnichannel approach, providing expert consulting.
  • Represent KAISER+KRAFT at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Manage sales performance by tracking and optimizing KPIs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and implement eProcurement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records for improved stakeholder management.

Professional Requirements :

  • Key Account Management expertise with a proven track record.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Sales experience with a customer-focused, solution-driven approach.
  • Technical proficiency in planning documents and equipment specifications.
  • Highly organized, ambitious, and success-oriented team player.
  • Class B driving license with a strong willingness to travel.
  • Spanish native speaker with advanced English proficiency preferred
