• report directly to the CoCEO and play a key role in turning finance into a strategic advantage as we scale internationally.

Were already working with some of the most dynamic companies in Europe and backed by toptier investors. Were now scaling fast in markets like the UK and DACH and building the financial backbone to support that growth is critical. We dont believe in doing things the way theyve always been done. Were building a modern finance stack and we need a Controller who is techforward embraces automation and is excited to work in a productdriven environment where finance and innovation go hand in hand.
• Core Responsibilities :
• Accounting & Compliance
• Own the full monthly close process and financial statements.
• Manage and evolve our ERP (Business Central) to ensure automation integrity and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings SII and regulatory standards (Spanish & international).
• Coordinate with external accountants tax advisors and auditors.
• Cash Management & Treasury Support
• Partner closely with our internal treasury team to analyze actual vs forecast.
• Support in cash positioning working capital analysis and payment scheduling.
• Reconcile actual cash movements with forecasts and investigate variances.
• Financial Operations
• Build and optimize endtoend processes : expense management Pleo card policies vendor onboarding etc.
• Standardize and document key finance ops processes.
• Own accounts payable / receivable workflows and approvals.
