Optimize Online Experience :
Enhance product presentation and promotion online to maximize revenue through effective merchandising strategies. Optimize product visibility, enhance the digital shopping experience, and drive online sales through data-driven merchandising strategies and effective promotional content across multiple markets.
Primary Responsibilities :
E-merchandising Operations (45% of workload) :
- Spearhead the execution of e-merchandising operations and optimize category pages, search functionalities, and product visibility based on user behavior and conversion insights.
- Curate engaging content, landing pages, and banners in collaboration with adjacent teams like Regional Online Managers, SEO and Paid Media.
- Ensure accurate translation reviews by maintaining correct formatting, appropriate sizing, and precise content placement for a polished results.
- Conduct A / B testing to improve website engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure proper tagging, filtering, and faceting for an intuitive customer journey.
Catalog Integrity (25% of workload) :
Manage all SKUs and product information system, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and availability.Work with regional teams to coordinate product launches and seasonal promotions.Oversee the verification of product categorization and updates.Collaborate on promotional materials and support the implementation of the activation plan.Data-Driven Performance Analysis (20% of workload) :
Monitor and analyze key KPIs : conversion rates, bounce rates, CTR, AOV, and sales performance.Utilize analytics tools to identify customer behaviors and optimize merchandising strategies.Analyze e-merchandising activities and monitor product availability.E-Retail & Pureplayer Support (10% of workload) :
Help on playbook strategy for e-merchandising guidelinesMonitor key & main players to have best-in class e-merchandising across EMEA regionQualifications
E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising Background : 3 + years experience in e-merchandising, product catalog management, and digital commerce operations.Mandatory hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Drupal, or equivalent).Data-Driven Mindset : Strong ability to analyze site performance, conversion rates, and optimize merchandising strategies.Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with GA4, Looker, BI tools.SEO & UX Knowledge : Understanding of search optimization, user behavior, and content hierarchy.Project Management & Collaboration : Ability to work cross functionally with teams like Sales, Digital.Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Content.Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills - must be able to confidently lead discussionsand challenge ideas.J-18808-Ljbffr
