IT Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the IT world and be able to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all IT positions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing top of funnel recruiting, including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment. They will also use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and be able to develop innovative strategies around finding top talent. They will work mostly on technical roles such as Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data, etc., but also on PM, CTO, and SM roles.

The role involves managing a pipeline of candidates and identifying future opportunities that they may be a fit for. The candidate will also conduct initial interviews for candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.

We are looking for someone who is a team-player, detail-oriented, organized, and has good communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have a high level of English (spoken and written) and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar
• 2 years of experience in IT recruitment role
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Team-player, detail-oriented, organized, and good communication skills
