Job Title : Paid Media Specialist
This is a dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and expertise in media planning and buying. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital and traditional media landscape in Spain.
- Define and lead comprehensive media strategies that align with brand priorities and audience insights.
- Plan and oversee integrated campaigns across multiple channels to maximize impact and consistency.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies and partners.
Main Responsibilities :
Strategic Media Planning :Develop 360-degree media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media planning and buying.Campaign Execution & Optimization :Lead end-to-end campaign management from briefing through execution and post-campaign analysis.Monitor real-time performance and leverage data to optimize media efficiency and effectiveness.Agency & Stakeholder Management :Manage media agency relationships to ensure high performance and strategic alignment.Champion test-and-learn approaches to foster innovation and improve results.Required Skills and Qualifications :
4-5+ years of experience in media planning and buying within FMCG.Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media landscape in Spain.Proven ability to manage complex campaigns across multiple touchpoints.Experience with media analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking.Strong project management and organizational skills.Confident in agency and stakeholder management.Fluency in English and Spanish.Benefits :
