Skillsearch is helping a games studio find a talented Senior Game Designer in Barcelona. This role is pivotal in bringing the studio's fantasy world to life creating the characters and creatures that will populate our game and shape the player's journey. The full-time role comes with a generous salary and benefits.

As a Senior Game Designer, you will collaborate with the game design, art, programming, and animation teams to create a wide variety of NPCs and enemy archetypes. You will also develop and implement NPC content, including enemy types, boss characters, and unique NPC interactions.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to :

• Work closely with the art team to ensure NPC visual design aligns with the game's aesthetic and thematic goals
• Implement and manage NPCs within the game engine, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
