As Head of Account Management on our team, you will :
We embrace our game-changers from diverse backgrounds who are curious and willing to learn. Candidates should be bilingual or proficient in Spanish and English.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Bring 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale B2B accounts—ideally within the BPO or Customer Experience (CX) industry.
Have led multi-disciplinary projects and cross-functional teams across operations, sales, tech, and client services.
Possess financial ownership experience, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting.
Have hands-on experience with Spanish domestic market clients and understand their specific business dynamics.
Have a strategic mindset : skilled at developing long-term client roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning services to client objectives.
Are relationship-focused : able to build trust and act as a strategic advisor to executive-level stakeholders.
Have project leadership skills : able to guide cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
Are calm and solution-oriented under pressure, with strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data reporting tools.
Are a data-driven decision-maker with strong performance analysis capabilities.
