Purpose :

We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Analyst with a focus on Social Listening for our main client SEAT S.A. Someone who lives and breathes social media, possesses a high level of experience with analytics tools, and can transform data into insights.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor daily brand conversations to detect reputational crises, trends, and create competitor benchmarks.
• Create the corporate, crisis, or trend reports periodically.
• Utilize analytical skills to turn data into insights, detect trends, and provide recommendations to improve brand content. React to reputational crises and create real-time reports.
• Create and present reports to the client in English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with other departments to share trends, results, and make social media recommendations.
