Job Title : Manufacturing and Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing and process engineering professional to lead our technical team.

About the Role :

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and operational leader to drive production performance, process optimization, and cross-departmental coordination in our high-tech space industry environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise a multidisciplinary technical team including manufacturing engineers, process engineers, and draftsmen.
  • Manage the creation, review, approval, and follow-up of technical documentation and work orders, ensuring balanced workload and proper project assignments based on expertise.
  • Ensure risk management and compliance with standards and requirements during change management processes affecting manufacturing.
  • Coordinate transversal workload within the team to meet production, quality, and special project milestones and objectives.

Requirements :

  • University degree in Industrial, Aerospace, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading manufacturing or process engineering teams, preferably in the space or high-tech industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of technical documentation management and digital manufacturing tools.
  • Solid understanding of high-tech manufacturing processes.
