In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation and ongoing development of our SAP processes, covering both SAP ECC and SAP S / 4HANA in the future.

  • Support system enhancements, process improvements, and assist with SAP small-scale rollouts.
  • Manage operations support by resolving incidents and service requests within your area.
  • Implement and configure solutions in SAP SD and CS modules to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with business users and IT experts to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD / CS with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
  • Provide support to key users and ensure proper documentation of processes.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP SD or CS issues promptly.
  • Contribute ideas and efforts to improve service quality.
  • Support SAP upgrade projects and process automation initiatives.

Your profile

  • Higher technical education or university degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and CS implementation.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD (sales order processing, delivery, pricing) and CS (service notifications, service orders, equipment).
  • Experience with order fulfillment in Sales and After-Sales.
  • Familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic debugging; ABAP knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of integration points between SAP SD / CS and other modules.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and propose SAP solutions.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
