We're Hiring : Senior Solutions Architect (Databricks)

Type : Full-time | Work Style : Remote-first

We are now looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with strong Databricks and Spark expertise to join our growing team. If you're passionate about solving complex data challenges and making a real impact on projects, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as a technical leader for post-sales Databricks implementations
Design and implement production-grade data pipelines and architecture
Align data solutions with business needs to deliver measurable value
Lead workshops, tutorials, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
Collaborate directly with clients, engineers, and product teams

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills :

Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark

Deep understanding of data engineering best practices

Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience

Previous experience in customer-facing roles (technical consulting, architecture, pre / post-sales)

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience with AI / ML tools and workflows (e.g., MLflow)

Knowledge of CI / CD, orchestration tools, data visualization platforms
