As a CTO Communicator and the communications lead within the region of the Chief Technology & Transformation Officer, Region 2 (CTO2), you will support the CTO with your expertise and skills in shaping the storyline of the region. Being part of the global communications team and the CTO2 Office, you will contribute to the customer-centric strategy of the pillar and proactively drive the definition and execution of the internal and external communications roadmap.
You will have the opportunity to work on exciting, varied, and challenging tasks and projects daily, gaining deep insights into strategic issues and direct contact with Allianz's top management. With your professionalism and communicative nature, you will act as an interface between the CTO2 office and the organization, serving as a contact person for internal and external communications, and collaborating with the global corporate communications team on campaigns and initiatives.
You will
- Lead internal communication within CTO2, organizing prominent events such as townhalls, all-hands meetings, and info sessions.
- Develop and implement a strategic communications roadmap for the CTO2 region, aligned with the Allianz Technology global strategy.
- Identify and create new campaign opportunities to enhance the CTO2 brand and visibility.
- Liaise with senior management and CTO2 leadership to shape communication around ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Participate actively in the global communications community, acting as a bridge between local and global communities.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including speaking notes, internal newsletters, social media posts (internal and LinkedIn), and presentations.
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in a similar role.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for coordination and proactive communication with C-level executives.
- Interest in IT transformation and the ability to understand strategic transformation topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Creativity and the ability to bring innovative ideas to communication strategy and engagement.
