Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry and experience in leading software implementation and integration programs. The candidate should possess over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale technical projects, with a proven track record specifically involving Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Sustainability solutions. Experience with Enablon and e-Cow platforms is preferred.

This role requires a deep understanding of oil and gas operations, excellent leadership capabilities, and a strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the Infosys delivery team, ensuring all project phases are executed according to plan and quality standards
• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design coordination, development oversight, system integration, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and overall program objectives throughout execution.
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships, proactively managing expectations, and facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
• Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, while implementing robust quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and manage timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred : Proficiency in Spanish language is preferred
