  • Evaluate & Enhance :

Examine customer interactions to ensure service excellence in line with hospitality standards. ✅- Audit & Improve :

Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.- Feedback & Analysis :

Gather customer feedback, analyze trends, and compile actionable reports.- Train & Develop :

Collaborate with training teams to refine materials and lead staff in mastering service best practices.- Strategize & Innovate :

Partner with management to craft strategies that elevate service delivery and enhance customer experience.- Monitor & Report :

Maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and deliver critical insights to management.Your Qualifications :

  • Educational Background :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.- Experience :

    A minimum of 1 year in a similar role.- Language Proficiency :

    Fluent in German and English with stellar communication skills (both verbal and written). ️- Engagement Skills :

    Strong presentation ability to captivate diverse audiences. ️- Team Collaboration :
