About the Job

Are you passionate about sales, technology, and making a real impact in large companies?

At Game Strategies , we’re transforming corporate training for companies like Coca-Cola , Fujitsu , and L’Oréal using gamification , simulators , and AI tools .

We’re looking for an Inside Sales (Inbound) who wants to grow professionally in a dynamic, creative, and fast-growing company. Your mission will be to turn the inbound leads generated by our marketing team into real, qualified business opportunities.

  • Contact and qualify leads generated by marketing (95% inbound, 5% outbound).
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Prepare and lead discovery meetings to understand their challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Assess interest, timing, and fit of leads with our solutions.
  • Record your activity and follow up using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality.
  • Share key information with the sales team and take part in commercial briefings.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inside Sales, SDR, or B2B Sales Rep.
  • Solid command of a professional CRM (ideally Salesforce).
  • Communicative, empathetic person with strong active listening skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented.
  • Passion for sales, technology, and corporate learning.
  • Native or bilingual level of French and high level of English or Spanish (minimum B2 / C1).
  • Eagerness to grow, contribute, and work as a team.
