Lead Software Architect

The successful candidate will serve as a Technical Lead, driving the architecture and design decisions of our Integrations application. As a senior member of our team, you will contribute to the further development of our software solution based on R3 Corda Distributed Ledger Technology.

Key responsibilities include :

• Further developing our tailor-made software solution using front and backend technologies
• Collaborating with technical experts within our team and externally with customers in an international environment
• Recording and evaluating functional & technical requirements
• Creating and making key architecture and design decisions
• Ensuring that our development team and customers have a shared understanding of the architecture, technical functionality, and integration possibilities of our Integrations application
• Active participation in code reviews and quality assurance to ensure adherence to standards, some of which may need to be redefined
• Identifying risks and vulnerabilities in the architecture and design of our software solution and developing solutions to address them
• Mentoring and training colleagues internally and with customers to ensure smooth integration of our Integrations application into their IT landscape
• Development, customization, and connection of new interfaces from our Integrations application to customers and / or external third-party platforms and vice versa
• Second and third level support alongside business & technical teams
• High interest in the further development of a software solution based on R3 Corda Distributed Ledger Technology (Blockchain)
• Experience in architecture and design of complex software applications
• Proven expertise in software development with Java, preferably Kotlin
• Familiarity with Jenkins and preferably JUnit and Hibernate
• Experience in front-end and back-end development
• Knowledge of TypeScript and Angular is a plus but not mandatory
• Interest in working with technical experts to jointly develop technical solutions based on requirements
• Ability to face challenges head-on, with high self-performance expectations
• Ability to develop strong, stable relationships with internal and external clients, aligning behavior to their needs
• Proficiency in English is essential; Spanish is advantageous
