Join us in Palma de Mallorca as a Senior Backend Developer

We’re building one of Europe’s most exciting online marketplaces — and we’re looking for experienced backend developers to help us scale.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you’ll build robust, maintainable services that evolve with the product and support new features and integrations.

You’ll join a cross-functional team that values clean code, solid engineering practices, and a healthy, empathetic culture where collaboration truly matters.

Your role

  • Design and implement backend services and APIs for a multi-market platform.
  • Work with event-driven systems and distributed architectures.
  • Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and analysts to deliver features end to end.
  • Take part in architecture decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize quality, performance, and maintainability.

YOU'VE GOT

  • 4+ years of backend experience (Symfony, Laravel, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OOP, and relational databases.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD) is a plus.
  • Ownership mindset and collaborative working style.
  • Good communication in English (our working language).
  • EU work permit or ability to obtain one.
