The Role

We’re looking for a bilingual creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to grow and engage our community on Instagram and TikTok for our Couple & Intimacy Apps : Sex Roulette & JustUs.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on content creation and being the face of the brand. You should be excited to appear in videos, share authentic advice, and build a trusting connection with our audience around topics like relationships, intimacy, and sexual education.

Your Missions : Our goal is to grow organically at first. That’s why we’re looking for someone who can create relatable, scalable, and easy-to-produce content without heavy investments.

• Incarnate the brand : You’ll be the face of our TikTok and Instagram accounts, creating authentic, relatable content.
• Content creation : Launch multiple videos each week based on trends, relatable couple topics, and audience needs.
• Trend scouting : Stay on top of trends and quickly adapt formats that resonate with our niche.
• Engagement & community building : Foster trust and interaction through comments, DMs, polls, live sessions, etc.
• Analytics & optimization : Track content performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and iterate fast to improve results.
• Stay current : Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and new tools to stay ahead.
