Viking Assistance Group is a leading roadside and travel assistance company in the Nordics. Our new business area, Viking Travel Care, provides travel- and medical assistance 24 / 7, 365 days a year, for travelers and employees stationed abroad worldwide.

We are expanding and hiring Nordic Assistance Coordinators for our Fuengirola office. We are looking for Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish speakers.

About The Job

Your role involves listening to customer needs, collecting information, answering questions about insurance coverage, referring customers to doctors or clinics, and collaborating with our partners in insurance and assistance services. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customers receive the necessary assistance. Full training will be provided. There are good career opportunities!

Qualifications

Relevant education and work experience can vary. Your motivation and personality are often more important than specific background. However, the following qualifications are frequently a good fit :

Experience

  • Worked as a tour guide or in the travel industry
  • Experience in health sectors, insurance, or customer service

    • Education

  • Medical studies or health-related fields
  • Law or insurance studies

    • You Need To Be

  • Fluent in one or more Nordic languages, both written and spoken
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Additional languages are a plus

    • Desired Skills

  • Enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy environment
  • Communicate effectively via phone and in writing
  • Be organized and deliver quality work
  • Work well independently and in teams
  • Have strong work ethics and eagerness to learn
