From our office in Valencia, we ensure our customers love us by providing a 9+ WOW service. As we grow, we are looking for a new addition to our Dutch-speaking team. We seek someone passionate about helping customers, providing excellent service, interested in Graphic Design, and looking for a challenging environment with motivated and ambitious colleagues.

What about our Dutch team?

Our current BENL Customer Service team includes talented individuals from across The Netherlands and Belgium, all sharing the goal of delivering the best service to our Dutch / Belgian customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

What do you do?

  • Be the first contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat;
  • Assist customers in finding the right product and service by proactively helping them online and offline;
  • Provide service with a smile and embody our core value : ‘Think like a customer’.

What are we looking for?

  • Professional level of English and Dutch, both verbal and written;
  • Bachelor degree or higher education;
  • A super customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment in customer interactions;
  • A dynamic and flexible personality;
  • Team player and a great addition to our team;
  • Solution-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in Customer Service or Adobe InDesign skills is a plus;
  • Willingness to relocate or already based in Valencia.
