Team leader, Cost Control

What Do We Expect From You

• Ensure high-quality standards in invoice processing and financial administration.
• Take big part in recruiting.
• Coaching and competence development.
• Assisting and coaching employees to provide top-notch service to our customers
• Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers.
• Personnel responsibility administration such as time sheets, salary file, absence routines, updating / maintaining shift plan.
• Used to following service levels - KPIs and SLA’s.
• Follow up on quality and deviations, plan and execute.
• Create and maintaininginstructions and operations manuals.
• Resource management, shift planning and maintenance.
• Covering for other Team leaders.
• Work closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group.
