The role

We are on the lookout for a Pre & Post Sales Intern to join our Academy BC Sales Team.

In this role, your mission will be to support both the attraction of new learners and the smooth onboarding of those enrolling in our training programs.

The internship starts on October st, will ideally last months, and is based in Barcelona at our vibrant Poblenou campus—just steps from the sea.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

  • Reach out to leads through calls and email outreach to set up appointments with Account Executives.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in data and CRM entries to ensure efficient lead and client information management.
  • Gather market insights, valuable data, and contribute to identifying buyer personas to tailor our approach for maximum impact.
  • Enhance the sales funnel through research, analysis, and feedback collection for improved conversion.

Post-Sales

  • Assist students with the enrollment process, making sure all necessary documents and confirmations are completed.
  • Guide students through the payment process, ensuring clarity on available options and deadlines.
  • Provide continuous support to newly enrolled students, answering any questions related to payment, contracts, and course logistics.
  • About you

    You are an about-to-graduate or freshly graduated student, eligible for an internship agreement through your university. On top of this :

  • You are eager to jump-start your career in sales and customer relations, with a talent for building strong relationships.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to guide students with clarity through financial and administrative processes.
  • You are either already living in Barcelona or able to relocate there by October st, .
  • You have native-level Italian and at least B / C English proficiency, both spoken and written.
