The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted partner of our international B2B clients. Your role will be to ensure long-term success and help them get the most out of the product.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own a portfolio of clients and lead onboarding & engagement
  • Provide strategic support to maximize product adoption
  • Monitor usage trends and proactively solve potential issues
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams
  • Advocate for the customer’s voice internally

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or product-led organizations
  • Excellent communication skills in English (bonus : German / French / Italian)
  • Confident with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • EU citizenship or current work authorization within the EU
