We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m / w / d) to contribute to our sales team’s growth and success.

Your role at BizAway

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, especially in the first year.
  • Research and prospect for new clients across international markets.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Present our solutions to diverse audiences (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Conduct live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
  • Lead negotiations from demo to contract.
  • Forecast sales revenue and maintain deal pipeline visibility.
  • Promote our solutions at fairs and public events.
  • Set quarterly and annual OKRs with the sales leadership.
  • Collaborate proactively with the sales team and SDRs to improve processes and growth strategies.

Basic qualifications

  • Excellent English and native Norwegian language skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Self-motivated with a strong success-driven attitude.
  • Hungry for challenges and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive in proposing solutions and accepting mistakes as learning opportunities.
  • Flexible to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Preferred experience

  • Experience in SaaS sales, business travel, or startups.
