To strengthen our team, we are looking for the next possible date for a

Product Specialist (m / f / d)

at the location in Neu-Isenburg with possibility for a hybrid model.

Responsibilities :

Technical product responsibility and process-oriented life cycle support
Creation of technical documents in German and English
Installation and support of systems in the pilot phase
Preparation and implementation of product training and briefings
Error analysis at hardware, firmware and software level
Evaluation and documentation of KPIs and initiation of corrective measures

Minimum Requirements :

Completed technical training, e.g. as an IT systems management specialist (m / f / d) or a degree in electrical engineering / devices and systems or a comparable specialization

Technical understanding of mechanics, electronics and software

Good knowledge of MS Office and operating systems (MS, Linux)

Analytical skills and experience in log data analysis

Organizational talent and project management skills

Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Structured, independent way of working and ability to work in a team

High level of commitment and willingness to travel
