To support their Benelux market operations , they are looking for a Belgian Telesales Agent who is fluent in Flemish and French , with a natural talent for customer contact and sales. If you're a motivated communicator with a commercial mindset and a team spirit — this opportunity is for you!

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound calls from Belgian customers in French and Flemish
• Register new home appliances and customer details
• Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance
• Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets
• Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements
