Senior AI Engineer

Descripción del trabajo3-5 years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on building and deploying LLMs and conversational AI systems. Experience with designing and implementing RAG pipelines using LangChain, LLamaIndex, or custom retrieval systems. Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB). Proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, LLamaIndex. Strong understanding of embedding models, retrieval algorithms, and document ranking techniques. Strong background in data engineering, including data pipelines and preprocessing. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable AI architecture. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage. As we embark on integrating AI into our operations for the first time, we are looking for a trailblazing Senior AI Engineer to lay the foundation of our AI journey. What you’ll do as a Senior AI Engineer…
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered chatbots and intelligent automation tools that enhance user engagement.
- Train and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific business needs, ensuring accurate and context-aware responses.
- Establish the infrastructure and tools for scalable AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate conversational AI solutions into our platform.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and AI technologies, applying cutting-edge techniques to enhance system capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership in AI, establishing best practices and innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.
