About the Role :

Swiss) German speaking SALES BUSINESS DEVELOPER

  • Location : Barcelona (Intern, Entry, or Junior level)

As a Business Developer at TieTalent, you’ll be part of our Operations (OPS) Department, which includes :

  • Business Developers — who acquire and reactivate clients
  • Talent Agents — who source, match, and manage relationships with talent and clients
  • You will be on the front line of our growth, actively expanding our client base and demonstrating the value of TieTalent from day one.

    Your Responsibilities :

  • Identify and source potential new clients through research, outbound outreach, and cold calling
  • Serve as a first point of contact for prospective clients and represent the TieTalent brand
  • Present our services via calls, video meetings, emails, and occasional in-person meetings
  • Onboard new clients and open hiring mandates for our Talent Agent team
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Reactivate dormant or inactive clients
  • Collaborate with Talent Agents to ensure a seamless experience for clients
  • Share client feedback and market insights to improve our services

    Native or mother tongue level in Swiss) German AND fluent in English (C1+)

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record

    You love making calls and communicating with people

    Strong connection to the Swiss market (Swiss nationality, upbringing, education, etc.)

    Nice to Have :

  • 0–1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Curious and passionate about sales
  • Persuasive and confident communicator
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Motivated by impact and teamwork
