What You'll DoAs a Business Development Executive, you will :

Identify and connect with potential customers to generate new business opportunities

Present product solutions effectively, tailoring your approach to the customer's needs

Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and follow-up to closing deals

Collaborate closely with Marketing and other teams to improve outreach strategies

Share insights and fresh ideas to help us refine our go-to-market approach

Use CRM and automation tools to track activities and drive efficiency

RequirementsProven minimum 2 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both oral and written)

Highly organized with a fast-learning mindset

Proactive and committed to excellence

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools

Comfortable working in a fast-changing, dynamic environment

Bonus PointsFluency in additional languages : Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, or French

Experience or background in logistics or shipping
