Currently, we are seeking a Style Advisor with availability to work 20 hours / week at our store located in McArthur Glen, Málaga , during July and August .

Daily Responsibilities :

  • Provide a unique and personalized shopping experience, sharing our values, brand philosophy, and advising on collections.
  • Deliver premium, exceptional customer service, ensuring a 360º shopping and branding experience.
  • Customer loyalty and image advising.
  • Support opening and / or closing the store.
  • Assist in daily organization, product arrangement, replenishment, and inventory control.
  • Identify and analyze improvement points in customer experience, replenishment, inventory, etc., and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Support visual merchandising to maintain a premium store environment.
  • Follow up and foster customer loyalty through calls or written communication.
  • Report buying trends and customer needs to the Store Manager for product team insights.
  • Participate in and support store events and activities.
  • Ensure achievement of individual and team objectives.

    • Ideal candidate profile :

  • Customer-focused, enthusiastic, proactive, positive, flexible, empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about the product and brand.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, beauty, accessories, or luxury sectors; jewelry experience is highly valued.
  • Strong commercial orientation and customer management skills.
  • Team player.
  • Organized, proactive, resolutive, with initiative and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible, empathetic, with attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
  • Availability for 20 hours / week during July and August.
  • High level of English proficiency.
