We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and help drive operational excellence. This role involves coordinating and managing project teams, overseeing operational processes, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, particularly in services within the marketing, sales, or event management field. A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree in project management, operations management, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Team Mentorship and Development :
  • Support, mentor, and motivate project managers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their skills.
  • Operational Management :
  • Oversee and control information and task completion in project management tools, creating a suitable scorecard to track KPIs.
  • Problem Resolution :
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
  • Reporting :
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, priorities, capabilities, and client satisfaction.
  • Purchasing and Supplier Management :
  • Coordinate with suppliers and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for operational process improvements, conduct audits of existing processes, and propose new processes when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, ideally within a multiservice agency or B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in using project management ERPs such as ClickUp, Trello, or Asana, with experience in agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills that enable clear, concise, and effective collaboration in a team environment.
  • Outstanding leadership and management skills, with proven experience in overseeing multidisciplinary and remote teams.
