The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR function and overseeing all aspects of human resources management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • To develop, implement and maintain effective HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives.
  • To ensure compliance with labor and employment law, as well as maintaining a positive employee relations environment.
  • To oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, and training and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Strong employee relations skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
