We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with experience in developing solutions on Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for :

• Participating in the technical design of projects
• Providing effort estimations for projects
• Working collaboratively with our team and / or client's team to help achieve project objectives
• Analyzing and optimizing application performance
• Identifying potential technical risks in the project and proposing alternative solutions
• Collaborating with technology providers when required by the project
• Documenting processes and tracking system performance metrics
• Validating and testing the technical solution against business requirements
• Training end users on the developed functionality and proper use of the software applications
• Ensuring compliance with software quality standards established by our Technical Management
• Generating technical documentation for completed projects
• Actively contributing to the training and development of other team members
