Position Summary :

We’re seeking a reliable, mid-level Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting and support the month-end close process. You’ll work closely with the finance team to maintain clean books and streamline workflows.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and is eager to support the expansion of the finance function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations etc)
  • Manage invoicing and payment processing for customers and vendors
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals and prepayments
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and intercompany transactions
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with cash forecasting
  • Assist in preparing VAT returns and other tax filings
  • Maintain up-to-date records of expenses, fixed assets and depreciation
  • Help optimize financial workflows and implement automation where possible
  • Support finance leadership in generating reports for internal and investor use

Requirements

  • 3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally (but not mandatory) in the tech field.
  • Experience with invoicing, reconciliations and multi-entity transactions
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS or usage-based billing models
  • Familiarity with financial tools and integrations (Stripe, Netsuite etc.)
  • Exposure to GPU / AI / cloud markets is a plus
