Key Responsibilities :

• Review project specifications for manufacturing and quality control
• Detection of quality control requirements to be included in purchase orders
• Internal review of quality control requirements included in purchase orders before issuance to vendors
• Review and comment vendor manufacturing documents of assigned purchase orders
• Plan, coordinate and schedule workshop inspection visits with all inspection representatives
• Lead pre-inspection meetings for applicable purchase orders
• Request and select adequate inspectors to cover related inspection activities
• Handle notification of inspections with all involved parties
• Attend critical inspection visits when needed
• Review, control and distribution of inspection reports
• Manage nonconformity reports with engineering, vendor and client
• Participate in meetings with rest of project areas and disciplines as needed
