We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Lead Management : Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats

CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion

Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development

Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills

Fluent in Dutch & English (at least B2 level)

Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Permanent, full-time contract (40h / week)

Hybrid work model after initial training (1-2 days WFH). Our office is located at Carrer de la Constitució, 2, Sant Just Desvern, 08960 Barcelona.
